The whole idea of this is not as odd as you might first think.
Stress is killing more of us in the western world than anything else  Zen puts this mainly down to Âcrap in our inner-systems. What better way to get rid of this ÂcrapÂ, but on the loo?
Double Dump is fundamentally for adults, as it is hard-hitting, tell-as-it-is, no holds barred. There is, as you would expect, quite colourful language to express the finer points of this Âcrap management system.

The sad truth is that the average person in our modern world is limited by their inability to get rid of their unwanted ÂcrapÂ. No genuine training in Âcrap-management has ever taken place in our formal education systems, although we collect quite a lot from these times!
