Finally, the endless parade of America’s mistake telling the entire world that America is a bad place and that he and Mish-hell are not proud to be American’s has come to an end. What happened to the good old days when the POTUS actually was proud of his country and toured the world touting the benefits, accomplishments, and pride of the American way of life? Well, flush good ol’ American pride down the drain, along with uncountable campaign promises that have been broken. I guess the Change Obama brought means that being American means being sorry.
In one of the best political tours since Neville Chamberlain’s visit to Germany, Obama used his charm and wit to get… well, no one… on board. His global bailout plan went over like a fart in a diving helmet. Europe expects the US to pay, not them. After all, Barry, America is to blame so why not have the ‘fix’ come from the country that caused all this worldwide misery and despair in the first place?
He then moves on to NATO where he achieved his greatest ‘success’. He got them to send an additional 5,000 troops to Afghanistan. Of course, none of them are combat troops, but hey, what do you expect? I’m sure Al-Qaeda is trembling at the thought of reinforcements for office workers at HQ coming in to the region.
And the final straw… Just as Obama is lecturing American’s that we need to cut our arsenal and lead the way for a nuclear free future, Kim Jong ‘mentally’-Il launched a rocket that could reach the US. Obama immediately responded with a furious and inspiring "Rules must be binding, violations must be punished." OOOHHHH. I’m sure the North Koreans are trembling in their booties at the thought of yet another do nothing UN resolution that will not be followed or punished. Then, in a final show of unquestionable leadership, Obama pledges to slash the defense budget (in particular the missile defense budget) by $1.4B.
If I was Germany or France or any other European nation I would be scared as hell that America has lost it’s leadership role. With America’s mistake ready and willing to be subservient and apologetic to every third world piss pot on the planet, it leaves the front doors of Europe wide open for exploitation. God help us all during these next 3 years!
