White House says Critics 'Serving the Goals of al Qaeda'

by Al S. 9. February 2010 06:48

I see, so it’s my fault… and the fault of millions of other right minded bloggers, commentators, and pundits that are the reason they want to blow us up. In an op-ed in USA Today, John Brennan -- Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism -- responds to critics of the Obama administration's counterterrorism policies by saying "Politically motivated criticism and unfounded fear-mongering only serve the goals of al-Qaeda."

witstupid Let’s think about this for a moment. Telling the world that a little water on the face is the grossest form of torture and that the US is bad for using it, failing to stand up to Iran, bowing before every foreign leader he meets, giving the date that we will leave Afghanistan, giving terrorist captives free reign over our legal system with the same benefits and virtues as actual citizens, and travelling the world apologizing for America’s behavior isn’t emboldening terrorists? But pointing out the gross inadequacies of our benevolent potentate is?!?! I would think that al Qaeda is a little more concerned with the fact that so many Americans are now on to tricks of this empty suit, vehemently displeased overall with NObama’s handling of the war on terror.

I heard the ‘Blame Bush’ BS for the first 6 months of America’s mistake’s administration, but it’s been over a year now. Man up and take responsibility. Quit blaming others for your inabilities and show that you deserve that Cracker Jack box peace price. It’s not your detractors that are the problem, it’s YOUR POLICIES, Barry.

Giving props where props are due

by Al S. 8. February 2010 02:45

I've taken a lot of shots from this board and these postings. That's one reason for the comments being censored. I want to keep this site PG-13. But over the last few months I've taken more crap than a Taco Bell toilet. Most of it centers around the fact that there isn't one remotely positive post regarding the POTUS. In response, I would like to give due credit when earned.

It took Obama several weeks to stop wavering on a decision regarding the troop levels in Afghanistan, but finally he gave in and stood up to the hardcore left and began to properly fund and devote resources at the requests of commanders in Afghanistan. In doing so, there has been an increase in covert activity that involves chasing the enemy across the border and into Pakistan. US airstrikes in Pakistan, launched from unmanned drones, are now averaging three a week, triple the number last year.

"For the past month drones have pounded the tribal region of North Waziristan in apparent retaliation for the murder of seven CIA officers in Afghanistan by a Jordanian suicide bomber working with the Pakistani Taliban," according to Times Online UK. "

"Last week America launched its first multiple drone attack, according to Pakistani security officials. Eighteen missiles were fired from eight unmanned aircraft in Dattakhel village, killing 16 people. The discovery of the dead US soldiers revealed that America’s shadowy war in Pakistan not only involves drones but also small cadres of special operations soldiers."

Even though the term is banned, I'm glad to see the War on Terror is getting what it needs for now. So to all you leftards who think I'm narrow minded and can't find anythig positive to say, stick this in your hat!  Good Job on this one, Obama!

Obama blasts SCOTUS for campaign rules that got him elected

by Al S. 28. January 2010 02:21

I couldn't stomach much of the "Obama Show" last night so I'm following up with the transcripts. I did see, however, the remarks in which America's mistake tried to call out the Supreme Court for a recent decision they handed down regarding campaign finance reform. Funny thing is, it's how NObama got elected!

"Last week, the Supreme Court reversed a century of law to open the floodgates for special interests — including foreign corporations — to spend without limit in our elections," Obama said. "Well I don’t think American elections should be bankrolled by America’s most powerful interests, or worse, by foreign entities. They should be decided by the American people, and that’s why I’m urging Democrats and Republicans to pass a bill that helps to right this wrong."

Let's look back at the last election... NObama saw that if he skirted his promise to stick to campaign finance restrictions, he wouldn't be able to receive and spend special interest money from George Soros, the Chinese, Unions, and other special interst groups. He therefore opted out of receiving federal money (unlike McCain) and began basking in the glow of numerous contributions from special interest groups that gave him tens of millions more dollars than McCain and his stupid 'stick by the rules I made up' campaign. We all know how that turned out. NObama raised over $600M for his campaign, about $400M of that came from foreign interests!

But now the Supreme Court took a look at the whole campaign finance rules and decided that they were unconstitutional on the grounds that it limited free speech. Now the Teleprompter in Chief used his "State of the Union" addrress to voice a grossly inappropriate opinion about a ruling that will, if nothing else, level the playing field. If it's good enough for NObama to take special interest and foreign money, why isn't it OK for everyone else to do so? Oh wait... I forgot about that whole liberal hypocrasy thingy.

BTW: Isn't it cute how little Rahm got to stay up late and rest his head on Crappy-Nappy's shoulder, listening to his bedtime story from Uncle Barry while shim dozed off? I guess doing nothing about National Security takes a lot out of a guy.

6th Grade reading level requires teleprompter

by Al S. 27. January 2010 02:19

The Teleprompter in Chief has struck again. Over the past year, we've all been sort of desensitized when it comes to seeing America's mistake with his trusty teleprompter no further than arms reach away. But this took it to a new low. Even when talking to 6th graders Barry cannot be seen as an actual genuine person, but rather as a scripted automoton.

Remember when Bush caught hell (and still does) for listening to children read "My Pet Goat" for a few minutes after receiving the confusing news that a second plane had hit the twin towers? All the Monday morning quarterbacking in the world cannot dismiss the fact that no one knew what was going on or had any reliable information past that initial news. He stayed for a few minutes and let the children finish the story and then spoke briefly after every child went. He did it improv style in order to connect with the kids on a level other than elitist special treatment Messiah.

NObama on the other hand can't even handle talking directly to a room full of school children without his teleprompter telling him what to say. Is there nothing genuine or unrehearsed about this guy? Good thing there wasn't another terrorist attack or he would have bolted out of the room with teleprompter in hand, trampling any poor child who got in his way, and headed for the nearest bunker (probably over at Oprah's house).

I know America's mistake sounds like a stuttering buffoon when he answers questions on the fly, but when you're visiting schoolkids, don't you think they would appreciate a little honesty and down-to-earthnes? They deserve it, don't they? Why not sit with the kids at their level... Y'know, at a desk or a small chair or something. Then let the kids actually stand within 20 feet of you so they feel special and honored by the visit. And maybe, instead of simply spouting your teleprompter displayed rhetoric that no one cares about (especially 6th graders), why not let the kids do the talking or let them show you somehting they've learned instead of making it all about you!

Oh wait... Bush did that and got lambasted for it. America's mistake does the opposite and comes across as an out of touch, elitist, narcissist and is given a pass?!?! Undecided

Attention minions! Politburo demands your obedience

by Al S. 6. August 2009 05:47

Do NOT read the Healthcare Destructon Bill. People better than you have already determined it to be GREAT! Do NOT question it!

Today the Central Committee is ordering all proletariat members to alert the great and powerful Oz of any dissention amongst the ranks regarding our glorious leader’s gift of free healthcare.

If you have had a conversation with or received e-mails from a kapitalist pig regarding our attempted takeover and outright destruction of the finest healthcare system in the world, please alert the authorities immediately.

“There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care.  These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation.  Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.” - Macon Phillips, Commissar of Dissention Control.

Let it be known that dissemination of facts and actual reading of the Healthcare Destruction Bill will NOT be tolerated. Such thoughts and opinions have not been approved by Central Command. Continue getting your thoughts and opinions ONLY from state approved propaganda outlets (CBS, CNN, MSNBC, DailyKok, PuffHo, etc.).

It’s time to play “Where’s Barry?”

by Al S. 23. June 2009 03:54

IRAN-VOTE-DEMOAmerica’s mistake seems to be conveniently absent when it comes to defending those who seek freedom and Democracy. The Iranian people are taking to the streets to show the world how their government is nothing more than an oppressive Socialist Dictatorship. The sham election last week left many wondering what America will have to say about the will of the people being trampled by a corrupt, vile, and arrogant Mullah ruling party.

Barry has chosen to take the road less intelligent by not supporting either party or outcome. What a grandiose message of hope that the beacon of Democracy and freedom, The US, is sending to the world… “Screw you people, I’ve got health care reform to cram down these lemmings’ throats.”

I think I would have a heart attack if this false prophet actually supported something that required a fight or an argument. He is so massively consumed with being loved by everyone that he shies away from any decision or viewpoint that may ruffle some feathers. I will rejoice when America finally has a leader, not an infomercial icon. Billy Mays 2012!

What was our beloved king doing this week instead of supporting those who thirst for freedom and Democracy? Oh yeah, he was signing the most important legislation in US history. The bill gives the federal government the ability to regulate the production and sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products. Again, more government control over you, your lives, and your children’s future. Let’s run down what Barry has managed to grab hold of in his few months as benevolent potentate and supreme commander:

  1. Controls the US banking system
  2. Controls two of the largest automakers in the US
  3. Ability to seize banks and companies whose collapse may damage the US economy
  4. Wants control over the finest health care system in the world

Barry says "And I also know that kids today don't just start smoking for no reason. They're aggressively targeted as customers by the tobacco industry." No they are not. The are targeted by their peers! Take it from someone who has raised two teenagers. They don’t see any smoking ads on TV or anywhere else for that matter. They hear about smoking from their friends! Cocaine isn’t advertised and yet we see millions of people using that substance (including our favorite coke-addled empty suit). How can this be?

Add to that the fact that Barry smokes. So, when it comes to children and role models, I think King Hussein has done more to encourage kids to smoke than Joe Camel ever did.

Being a hypocritical liberal has its benefits

by Al S. 2. June 2009 06:00

America’s mistake makes it a point to tell the downtrodden on a daily basis that these are tough times and that we all must sacrifice and that things will get worse. So what does this false prophet do to set the example and uphold his end of the bargain? He spends over $250K of taxpayer money to take Mish-hell to New York! Never mind the Wednesday night parties that cost the taxpayers untold thousands every week, this is just getting out of hand.

Here’s a snippet from The Washington Times that outlines some of the costs:

First, the First Couple (and entourage) flew from the White House to Andrews Air Force Base — three choppers (two decoys), if the Marines stuck to standard operating procedure (and they are sticklers for SOP). That means dozens of men and women — radar, communications, mechanics, crews, everyone, perhaps 100, who knows? — were involved. (A batch of tagalongs must've taken a taxpayer pool of vehicles out from the White House to AAFB, since it took three jets to get the gang to NYC).

Second, the president moving on a Saturday takes a full operation at and around the White House, dozens and dozens of people. Then there were the jets — at least $24,000 for the three aircraft used to ferry the Obama’s, aides and reporters to New York. The Obama’s jet, a Gulfstream 500, served as Air Force One.

Third, a C-17 had to fly to NYC to put in place a full motorcade (at least a dozen vehicles, maybe more). The military cargo plane may have taken up at least two, but maybe three, more choppers to fly the whole party from JFK to a Wall Street landing zone, where the motorcade was waiting.

newyorktrip
America’s mistakes on a typical ‘date’.

Fourth, driving through Manhattan is an expensive exercise. Dozens, perhaps hundreds, of NYPD have to be stationed all along the way, shutting down roads, holding back pedestrians. There were police cars involved, dozens of motorcycles, and the ever-present NYC ambulance (oh, don't forget that the White House doctor also probably went — with all his gear). The city likely gets reimbursed by the White House for the cost (they usually do). And they were all probably getting time and a half (the NYPD overtime budget is extraordinary).

Fifth, the United States Secret Service (USSS) had to scope out the whole thing, then station agents all over — sharpshooters, undercover agents, etc. — at a huge cost.

Oh, but America’s mistake did pay for some of it… he paid for the dinner and the $96 theatre tickets. Way to help out the cause, Barry! The NObama’s could have spent an inexpensive night at home like most American’s watching a rented movie and ordering a pizza (locally, not flying in a pizza chef from Chicago). For an added treat, he could have fed Mish-hell sugar cubes and carrot sticks from his outstretched hand.

Respect versus indifference

by Al S. 29. May 2009 18:01

I saw this on YouTube and had to share it. I’m a Marine. Although I got out in the mid 80’s, another Marine client of mine sternly lectured me to never use the term “ex-Marine,” because you are a Marine for life. He was in his seventies, served during the Korean conflict, and had a desk full of Marine paraphernalia. I never really thought of it that way before, but it seems that as the years go on, I find myself more and more prideful and respectful of the honor I had in serving this country in that uniform.

I was in the corps during Ronald Reagan’s term in office, and thank God. I have a lot of respect and admiration for the men and women serving today who have to hold their nose and serve under someone who lacks any leadership skills, cannot verify their citizenship, and thinks the proper way to acknowledge a military salute is with a hip handshake (see inauguration day). This comparison shows the difference in attitude of our fighting men and women when a false prophet is in charge. Say what you will about GW, but he had nothing but respect and admiration for the people in the military. Semper Fi.

Empty suit knows nothing of key government agency

by Al S. 28. May 2009 16:43

It’s been driving me crazy! The last few days I’ve been itching to write an update but have just been too busy. Here’s the latest observation.

It seems that America’s mistake is proving once again why his gross incompetence could put this country on a path of destruction that we may not be able to recover from. Doing his monthly “Hey, look at me, I care about you little people” tour, the Messiah was blindsided without his teleprompter by a government employee. I wonder if this guy will be derided by the MSM just like Joe the Plumber who dared question the anointed one. It seems that Jesus 2.0 didn’t know a key government agency even existed… Even though the dimwit attended the groundbreaking ceremony for their new building. Here’s the transcript:

Obama: What do you do Walter?
Walter: I work at, uh, NGA, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
Obama: Outstanding, how long you been doing that?
Walter: About six years
Obama: Yea?
Walter: Yes.
Obama: You like it?
Walter: I do, keeps me...
Obama: So explain to me exactly what this National Geospatial...uh...
Walter: Uh, we work with, uh, satellite imagery..
Obama: Right
 obamaburger

Poor Walter. He’s going to end up having his entire life investigated so that he could be discredited by the MSM. After all, no one can make America’s mistake look bad without suffering at the hands of NObama’s Chicago thug lemmings. What do you expect from a man who confuses a little water on the face with torture? (I’ve been dying to post on this issue, too). His puppet masters should attach a teleprompter to his chest to avoid any more missteps.

Could you imagine the outrage in the ‘objective’ media of Bush or Reagan had stumbled into this embarrassing moment? I remember all the outrage when GW didn’t know about supermarket scanners. I am NOT the only one who thinks that it is better to have a president that knows every detail of the job he is doing than a president who eats burgers and doesn’t know jack about his kingdom. Maybe NObama can look at one of the NGA maps and finally learn that there are only 50 states.

Obama’s 100 day report card

by Al S. 28. April 2009 03:40

Lets be honest. How could you give this teleprompting buffoon anything but a ‘D-‘ for his abysmal performance over the last 100 days? I didn’t give a full blown ‘F’ just because he’s new to the job and I thought I’d cut him a little slack.  He has done nothing but put this country on the road to bankruptcy and recklessly expanded government. That doesn’t sound like a great leader to me. In his first 100 days, America’s mistake has a list of ‘accomplishments’:

obama-golf
America’s mistake fiddles while Rome burns.
  • Went from a $400 Billion deficit to a $9 TRILLION deficit
  • Expanded government to unprecedented levels
  • Taken over the nations largest banks
  • Taken over private companies and is now actively engaged in the hiring / firing of staff
  • Hundreds of thousands more jobs have been lost
  • Tens of thousands more people have lost their homes
  • Has the most corrupt cabinet in modern history
  • Has told the world that America is sorry for being so evil
  • Has yet to prove he is a citizen of this country
  • Embarrassed us repeatedly with foreign policy blunders
  • Bowed before a King!
  • Oh, but the MSM is focused on cutting edge questions like “Is Michelle the tallest first lady?” WOW – What objective and responsible journalism. No wonder newspaper subscriptions are tanking and liberal mouthpiece networks like CNN and MSNBC cannot muster a show worthy of respectable ratings. It’s pretty bad when the stockholders of GE (which owns MSNBC) tell the president of the company that their liberally slanted shows are bankrupting these networks… And then they have the microphones shut off on these dissenters. Welcome to life in Obama’s Amerika. Dissention will not be tolerated as it is the greatest threat to this country. Just ask CrappyNappy.

Chavez gets chummy… Obama gets PWNED!

    by Al S. 21. April 2009 08:29

America’s mistake continued his whirlwind ‘Blame America’ tour by attending the Conference of the America’s last week. I haven’t seen a political bitch-slapping like that since Reagan / Gorbachev in Geneva and again in Iceland. There are similarities, only this time it’s our president that got PWNED!

Let’s compare the two meetings and see how one made us proud to be Americans, the other made us shameful to be Americans.

    gorby

    0,,2225280_4,00
Photos from back when America had a President that was unapologetically proud of his country.

When Reagan met Gorbachev, he knew that he had to make a slam dunk appearance. He needed to show the world that he was in charge and that the Soviets, and Gorby, were his puppets.

Reagan arrived early and once inside ordered his entourage to remove their heavy overcoats. Gorbachev arrived in his plain black commie car, exited, and looked like a grumpy, old, out of touch relic. He looked unhappy and was all bundled up in his black winter coat and hat. He waddled toward the building when all of a sudden WHAM! Here comes Reagan bursting out the door with an ear to ear grin wearing only his suit. He ran over to Gorby, grabbed his hand and shook it firmly, and in a final push to drive home the ‘I own you’ point, Reagan starts leading him into the building and pointing out various things. Now, Reagan probably had no idea what those things were or what the rooms were in the building, but images are everything. It was clear Gorby was coming to Reagan’s ‘house’. I felt bad for Gorby, he looked like a lost child on his first day of school.

The two became wonderful friends. It was a friendship built on respect. Even though Regan was a master at appearances, I think he still had a great deal of respect for Gorbachev. Those two leaders brought an end to the Cold War and Gorbachev ushered in the rebuilding of Russia and her partner states. That's where respect and leadership get you… toward results.

Now lets skip ahead twenty-some years and take a look at how to embarrass your country and make it’s citizens feel weak and insecure.

America’s mistake made it clear that he was the novice, inexperienced, and naive representative at the table. He was treated like political chum to the masses of America hating dictators that paraded him around for endless photo ops that will be used for propaganda to quell the masses into thinking their leader is going to tell America what to do… And they’re right! Obama was given a book by Chavez called “Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent”. I’m sure this America bashing best seller was already in the Obama library, as it was probably required reading in Rev. Wright’s church. The sad and pathetic thing is that thousands of mindless libtards went online to order their own copy! Are they trying to complete the Obama Book Club “Blame America” series? Unbelievable.

Is it too much to ask that our President doesn’t go all weak-kneed over the gifts bestowed upon him by 3rd world dictators… And his mindless followers tow right along!

    book2  amigo 46398647
Obama playing Hugo’s best friend. Take the book, Barry… Take it ALL. Note the trendy “Hey, I’m a 21st century leader” handshake.

I think another blogger got it right on the head:

What Hugo Chavez reads or recommends is his business. What President Obama reads is his business, also. But when an America-hating dictator uses a naive politician to advance his destructive agenda and in so doing elevates obscure, leftist political propaganda to the top of Amazon.com....that is the business of the American people. And we are paying rapt attention. Here's the kicker. Make no assumptions about where I'm coming from. I've been a Democrat my entire life and I'm appalled by President Obama's lack of awareness.

    Wow – well said!

    Obama releases CIA interrogation memos

    by Al S. 21. April 2009 06:54

Once again I have to say that if this weren’t happening in this country, it would be laughable. But, once again, it is America’s mistake that is single handedly giving comfort and aid to our enemies. This week, the Traitor in Chief released documents outlining CIA interrogation practices including such vile things as sleep deprivation, water boarding, and OMG… wanting to place insects in a cell with a suspect that was afraid of insects! OH the horror! High school hazing’s have worse techniques than this.

I guess America’s mistake hasn’t had enough of his “American Apology” tour and decided to make a final insulting push by releasing these documents.

Has this moronic, un-American charlatan completely lost his mind? Did it ever occur to these mental midgets to look and see how many attacks and plans had been thwarted by using these techniques? NO. All they can think of is how they can further humiliate and embarrass this country by pounding the “America Sucks'” drum hoping enough mindless lemming democrats will buy into their America hating diatribe. Personally, if it meant averting another 9/11, I would endorse removing their testicles with pliers if it got them to spill the beans! Not this pussy president.

    cheney

    FROM Dailymail

The president spoke as former Vice President Dick Cheney insisted America has 'nothing to apologize for' and demanded he release evidence that torture - waterboarding in particular - was successful.

'Since the U.S. provides most leadership in the world,  I don't think we have much to apologize for,' said Cheney.

His comments follow Obama's pledge of support yesterday to CIA chief Leon Panetta to make public the classified information on the widely-condemned waterboarding

'One of the things that I find a little bit disturbing about this recent disclosure is they put out the legal memos, the memos that the CIA got from the Office of Legal Counsel, but they didn't put out the memos that showed the success of the effort,' Cheney told Fox News last night.

'I haven't talked about it, but I know specifically of reports that I read, that I saw, that lay out what we learned through the interrogation process and what the consequences were for the country.

I don't think we have much to apologize for – Well said. Of course this was all done to appease the hardcore lefties that are still whining about prosecuting Bush and company for these heinous crimes. Obama, in his usual ‘take no position’ position, said that he was just an innocent bystander in this decision and that the Attorney General will decide the next steps, but he had no feelings one way or the other. Well, Obama, here’s a position millions of real Americans are starting to take… You are a one term pariah on this country. Shame on you for hampering the efforts put forth by our fine men and women in the CIA by informing our enemies what our tactics and techniques are.

    Obama’s Iraq photo-op staged

    by Al S. 14. April 2009 03:45

Just as you would expect from America’s mistake, it has come to light that the photo’s the MSM were gushing about last week were staged to look as phony as his campaign promises.

    iraqphoto

Initially, 1500 of America’s finest were invited to attend the Obama-nation love fest and photo-op. Only 600 showed up! What does that tell you? It tells me that America’s finest are not too impressed with America’s mistake.

Of the paltry 600 that showed up, organizers of the event asked “Who voted for Obama?” They were escorted to the front of the line. They were also given cameras to increase the “unstaged photo-op-ness” effect of the phony event. Notice how a lot of those cameras look alike?

This is from an email sent by a sergeant that was there:

”We were pre-screened, asked by officials "Who voted for Obama?", and then those who raised their hands were shuffled to the front of the receiving line.  They even handed out digital cameras and asked them to hold them up.”

I guess Obama’s Press Corps (the MSM) needs to do a better job at disguising these events. Perhaps they can hire some of the Hollywood elite that received stimulus money?

Let them eat cake! (Pizza in this case)

    by Al S. 13. April 2009 15:52

America's mistake proved once again why he is the master at hypocrisy. In a time when he and Exeter (Biden) tell us we need to get by on less, this elitist scumbag orders pizza from 800 miles away! Get this:

    pizza orer8

    From DailyMail

When you're the president of the United States, only the best pizza will do - even if that means flying a chef  860 miles.

Chris Sommers, 33, jetted into Washington from St Louis, Missouri, on Thursday with a suitcase of dough, cheese and pans to to prepare food for the Obamas and their staff.

He had apparently been handpicked after the President had tasted his pizzas on the campaign trail last autumn.
Can you believe this guy? If this had been Bush, it would have been front page news on every network.

    by Al S. 11. April 2009 14:19

I was just checking on the site and prepping post material for this weekend when I came across a set of photos that really put one of my previous posts in perspective. I asked the question "What happened to the good old days when the POTUS actually was proud of his country and toured the world touting the benefits, accomplishments, and pride of the American way of life?" and then it hit me. The real men that ran this country ran it like leaders. This charlatan runs it like he's running a sorority house. Absolutely no position (other than the middle) when it comes to crisis events like the recent piracy issue and North Korea, but will quickly flap his gums about hope, change, and caring... No inspiration, no pride, just a big nothing. Anyway, take a little compare / contrast test below. It made me laugh:

    Hard working men

    Not so hard working men:

Has America's mistake actually ever done ANY real work?
